Disappointing

Disliked: elevator was out and we were on the the 3rd floor/ Breakfast the second morning of our stay was wiped out by one of the groups staying there.

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: We were not informed that the elevator was not working, therefore, as a family, we had to be separated from being on the same floor.

Nice place but just missing...

Liked: The room size- two bedroom apartment. The kitchen facilities and the breakfast.
Disliked: The elevator (lift) wasn’t working so we had to be moved to a bottom floor apartment (which was wheely accessible). This wouldn’t normally be an issue but we had little kids so they could access absolutely everything (like knives etc). Said it had a heated pool but then we were told it didn’t and had to walk across the parking lot in the freezing cold to access the accommodation next door to use their pool.
