Expectations Exceeded!!

Liked: I had 6 rowdy under 13 years old boys and girls with me during my stay. It seemed as if the rooms and pool area were sound proof. The staff was so nice , especially Sarah. The kids are still talking about the stay!
Disliked: That we couldn't stay longer!

Disliked: I didn't Like the fact there was no body wash in the shower or anywhere in the room. i SPECIFICALLY asked the desk manager for body wash as we are in the midst of a horrible heat wave with heat index of 105-108 daily. THe desk manager on the day I checked outsaid housekeeping refilled this daily. All I know is I never had any body wash the three days I was there. I bathed with shampoo of which there was plenty and plenty of hair conditioner. If I stay here again I will not make the mistake of not bringing my own body wash. I do not trust your staff.

Liked: I loved the layout of the room and its location.
Disliked: Only thing that I didn’t like but really didn’t bother me was the pool being inside because it was extremely cold. I had to step outside to warm up then back inside. But not a big issue.

OVERALL, THE STAY WAA GREAT

Liked: THE SPACIOUS ROOM AND THE STAFF WAS VERY ATTENTIVE.
