We usually try to stay...

Disliked: The room was not as clean as usual. Room 309 had mold/buildup in between the window panes, the curtain was broke. Hair in the bed, broken toilet seat, they apparently fixed the drywall and mudded onto the wallpaper and at midnight the fire alarm went off and thankfully it was a false alarm but the front desk had no clue and said they didn’t know how to turn it off.
