A great location but need...

Liked: The location is great for attending University of AL events.
Disliked: When we arrived, the room had food on the floor and was not very clean.The second day they brought towels but did not make up the bed or clean at all.The breakfast was not very good.

Great stay!!!

Liked: The staff was absolutely amazing. Nia, Michelle, Davion, are the names that stand put, but EVERYONE was amazing!! The breakfast was awesome, and the kitchen staff was amazing. They treated my kids like fanily. The amenities were awesome. We used the po, the basketball court, and the fire pit. We even visited the park behind the hotel. AMAZING!!!
Disliked: Was very pricey.

Hotel was nice, clean, modern.....

Liked: Gloria, managed the breakfast during our stay and was excellent.. space was clean, well stocked, food was hot and fresh. She was friendly and attentive to her guests.
Disliked: My room selection I reserved wasn’t available when I arrived. I was given a smaller room but not at a lower rate. I paid the same amount for a smaller room and given a “complimentary” room to accommodate my family. We were short a bed and my boys had to sleep on a couch. With no change in rate, was the complimentary room really complimentary?

Liked: The staff, were attentive to my needs, given that I was in the area in order to help with my brothers care Morning Pointe. I would be helping overnight shift which meant I would spend most of day in the room.
