stay was good and would...

Liked: Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Modern and a good value.
Disliked: The wifi access was cumbersome. We had to sign up for the service instead of just getting login information. It was easy to get the access but that seems to be more about the staff assistance instead of Marriott’s own wifi.

Liked: I've always liked residence inn however, when making reservations, I chose pet friendly and it didn't show how much it'd be for my small baby Yorkie. It just said fees may apply. So I booked it, then I get a receipt saying that the fee for pets is more than the cost of the humans staying. I immediately called your reservation line and told them I needed to cancel bc I didn't want to pay $150 for pet fee and since it wasn't listed upon booking, I want my money back and cancel the reservation. Instead, I got hung up on and told to call booking. Com. However there's no phone number to call for them. Imo this is just as much residence inn's fault as it is booking.com. Y'all are the ones that should be calling booking. Not me, it's not my business. I just want my money back. You may call me at 9186402345 or email me at [email protected]

Big comfortable room. Great workspace...

Liked: I was very impressed with the size and layout of the room.I stay in A LOT of hotels, and this by far was the biggest for the money.HOWEVER, that being said, the bathroom floor was quite slick ( without water)and I fell backwards and hit my head on the floor. I filed a report with the staffat the front desk and have not heard one word from the manager about this,which means she ignored it. Very disappointing.
Disliked: The bathroom floor.
