Very nice clean room. We felt like we were home away from home.

Liked: The room was great - very spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and lovely and everything was very clean.
Disliked: It's not a big deal, but the breakfast area was packed one morning so we had to bring our breakfast to the room.

Good location and hard working,...

Liked: Great location. Decent breakfast though not a lot of vegetarian options other than heavy carbs.
Disliked: I wonder if they’re going to renovate: housecleaning was good but the upkeep on upholstery, furniture, etc was lacking. It makes think a total renovation is coming or that the management isn’t given the funds to do repairs.

The room is really spacious....

Liked: The location is really perfect for those visiting Toronto for leisure. The CN tower and Ripley’s is just walking distance from the hotel. Walking to the main attractions is better than riding a car since it’s usually traffic in that area.

It was everything we expected...

Liked: The staff was so incredibly helpful and courteous
Disliked: If I had to name something, the elevators were a bit slow but nothing out of the ordinary
