Scent airs are bad idea

Liked: Staff was very helpful, friendly and accomodating
Disliked: Scentaor machines everywhere and I am chemical sensitive we had to cancel our stay after first night and management was very helpful and accommodating which I really appreciated so we could get other accomodations

Liked: Great hotel stay! Clean, smelled great, large room. We loved the roof top little bar and grill. Morning breakfast was fresh and hot! Staff were nice and efficient. Great location for shopping at the malls and over abundance of restaurant options.
Disliked: Nothing everything was great!

Disliked: Staff not very friendly. We had to cut our trip short and the front desk assured us no early departure fees, but they charged us anyway. Then I spoke to a manager twice who said they would credit us the early departure fees and it still didn't happen, and I have put in a dispute with my credit card company. Also this is the only hotel in the area that charges daily self parking, and this is a wide open suburban area (not downtown or unique place to charge parking). There are many other choices with free parking. Will never stay here and has frankly eroded my confidence in the Marriott Bonvoy brand.

Disliked: Paying to have to park when you are paying to have to stay!! It’s one thing if it’s valet, but it’s bullshit if not!
