Residence Inn by Marriott Syracuse Downtown at Armory Square

The experience was great. From parking to check in and right up to check out. The room was spotless and well stocked. The free breakfast offered many delicious options. My favorite was the mini omelets.

Liked: I had a lot of questions and everyone I talked to were happy to help. It was very clean.
Disliked: None.

Liked: The cleanliness the Bed and the woman who checked me in was very nice and patient the area was perfect close to a lot of amenities the room was huge
Disliked: The breakfast was not what I expected and the bathroom light was dim

Liked: Breakfast was good. Nice variety. The coffee shop/bar was so convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Pillows are way too squishy, soft. Door handle into the room was broken but didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay.

Liked: Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and the staff ensured the food was kept toped up.
Disliked: The room was level with an entrance to a rooftop car park with frequent comings and goings.

Liked: Great location and easy parking. Our Syracuse alum daughter ran the half marathon yesterday and we stayed with you! Could not have been nicer! Rooms are so great and spacious. Our 2nd time staying with you and our first pick when in Syracuse! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
