Overall it was a pleasant...

Liked: It was relatively close to the downtown. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
Disliked: The parking was not included in the price.My room had a lot of spider webs on the ceiling.Couldn’t adjust the speed of the fan

Superb

Liked: The staff was very good, especially Alicia at the front desk. She is a treasure. The location was very good. The breakfast was very good also.
Disliked: The hotel in general is in need of some general maintenance, painting, lighting, and most importantly repairs to the elevator. One operating elevator for such a large building is not enough

Disliked: I didn't like that we couldn't watch TV in the living room because the TV didn't work. The kids had the TV in the bedroom

Liked: Very Friendly and accommodating staff, location
Disliked: Pool closed, room phone did not work, no hot tub, wet used towel on back of bathroom door, screen fell off slider, sofa bed mattress too small didn’t fit fully on bed, no ice bucket or ice trays, no pots or pans, black mold on bathroom ceiling. Worst was having to pay to park at a place where I already paid to stay, over twenty years of traveling staying in Marriotts I never had to pay to park

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room was not clean, body wash was completely empty, there were holes in the wall in the bathroom, hallway smelled foul, one elevator was broken, staff didn’t meet you at the front desk and you had to wait for a while for them to come to the desk, ridiculous that you had to pay for parking, parking gates never closed.

Was a decent stay for...

Liked: Convenient location, decent breakfast, room with kitchen.
Disliked: Floors were sticky in room’s kitchen upon arrival. Was not aware that parking was $24/day in the hotel parking lot. Wish that would have been built into the hotel fee and not a surprise fee.

We made the best of...

Liked: The staff was really kind! Great breakfast options! And close to everything we wanted to do
Disliked: The shower was falling apart, the wall in the bathroom was falling apart. The tub plug was broken and bought one so I could give my toddler a bath. Found a packet of sauce under the couch when my child dropped a toy. The pull out couch was so uncomfortable couldn’t even use it. When we got to our room we had no remote controllers for either tv we called down and they brought up 1 controller.
