The BAD outweighs the good,...

Liked: I liked that they had available a 2 room suite with a full kitchen, that's what got me interested in this particular hotel. The breakfast was also pretty good.
Disliked: Parking. I was unaware that we had to pay $26/DAY. Two night stay was $80 worth of parking. Also, the place is in need of some help. Water damage everywhere, with certain smells in rooms, down halls, etc. One of our bedrooms had soaked carpet.

Disliked: I paid and booked a room for 2 nights for in February for June through booking and when I got there they did not have my reservation

Good. Not great.

Liked: Room was well appointed . Staff were very nice and worked very hard
Disliked: The TV in the living area of a 2 bedroom wasn’t operating. There was a problem with the supplies so I wasn’t able to get laundry detergent to wash clothes. It was close to things but just outside of comfortable walking distance due to the traffic

It was okay. I have...

Liked: I the balcony...i could see the arch from my window.
Disliked: The hidden parking fee and room deposit. The wholes in the door. The disgusting toilet seat. No soap hardly in the soap dispenser in the shower. Only one elevator worked. They cleaned the pool during pool hours. which made the pool unavailable when my family and i wanted to use it. The front desk clerk making it seem like i didn't pay before i came to the hotel.
