A bitter sweet overall sweet.

Liked: The desk staff was very nice. The rooms were nice, comfortable and clean.l requested more towels and the desk staff was very quick to respond every time which was 2 times 1 daily.l asked a question and staff was very helpful.I had 3 sets of Family that stayed and they felt the same and was very pleased overall.I live in Shreveport but have Family in Springfield,Missouri we was there for a Family Reunion if I return l will definitely book at your location.The breakfast was good and the kitchen staff was very nice and helpful and friendly.The desk staff was also friendly l forgot to mention earlier.The housekeeper staff was very nice, helpful when I asked questions and very friendly when came in contact in the hallway several were the first to say hello with a smile .
Disliked: I and other Family member rooms were not ready upon early arrival which was understandable at 2:40 pm but 1 Family member room was ready at that time the desk staff stated he got the last clean room and housekeeping was cleaning ours at this time.It was after 3:30 pm before we got in room.The swimming pool is to small for a large group was very disappointed for an excellent Hotel to have a very small pool for kids to enjoy especially.

Disliked: The fire alarm went off at 5:30am, no explanation, other guests said it happened the day before too.

Nice Facility need to work...

Liked: Balconies were nice, pool was good after a hot summer day to cool off. I like the room suites.
Disliked: Breakfast was not good, I put on my booking.com request to have five towels and washcloths everyday and that did not happen. Need new pillows they are flat.
