If I could give zero...

Disliked: If I could give zero stars, I gladly would.I booked the Residence Inn Marriott Springfield Old Keene Mill for two nights on Booking.com. I booked and paid at the same time. After a few minutes, maybe half an hour, I received an email from Booking.com asking me to complete the reservation. Distracted, I thought that the credit card payment hadn’t gone through! So I booked again for an identical room, same person (my son), and the same check-in and check-out dates.I immediately realized I had booked twice, I wrote on the Booking.com app and tried to contact the Recidence Inn Marriott Springfield Old Keene Mill. Booking.com replied that they would try to make the property understand the situation, but today they preferred to charge me for two rooms!If you can, choose a different accommodation facility … they are completely lacking in integrity.
