Liked: Breakfast was fine bagels were hard
Disliked: Furniture was very worn and used. Construction was ongoing and had we known that we wouldn't have stayed there. Also construction workers must have hit something to make fire alarm go off.

Liked: Staff was helpful and friendly We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves and they had life vests and goggles for the kids!
Disliked: Hot tub needs cleaned it’s pretty rusted

The stay was fine, except...

Liked: The location was perfect where I was going. I didn't eat breakfast there, so can't comment.
Disliked: I was charged twice for the room. Booking.com processed my payment on Oct. 1st. When I checked in they couldn't find where I paid, so I had to pay again. I need to get reimbursed for the extra payment I made for the reservation. It went through my checking account on Oct. 2nd. Please let me know how I can get reimbursed for the overpayment. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Disliked: My first time for only a night stay and the A/C was terribly loud and noisy the whole night of stay we did not able to get sleep
