Liked: Breakfast good but Moxy’s was far better 2 years ago and cheaper
Disliked: The housekeeping was non existent for the entire stay, we have requested for two days on a row to make the bed back into the sofa in the living room as we don’t need the bed, we need a sofa and absolutely nothing was done about it, bed not done, no cleaning was done for the entire stay.

Spacious well equiped comfortable room...

Liked: It’s modern, clean, spacious room, nice interior. Friendly staff. Vicinity to the train station is perfect (8min walk)
Disliked: The entrance is not very obvious. They should make it clear what the entrance of the hotel is. The bed is comfortable. It hugs your body. It can feel a bit soft for some. But for me that wasn’t a problem. The problem is that the pillows are too high/big. Since you are laying lower due to the softness of the mattress and the pillow is high it gets uncomfortable for your neck. The pillows should be flatter or at least get 2 flatter ones and 2 bigger ones so you can choose. Now you have 4 big ones on the bed.The area around the hotel is not the prettiest. Going for a stroll in the evening is not very appealing. But it’s a convenient location if you have to be outside of London (west side).

Liked: Nice shower and kitchen within the suite. And 2 tv’s. Master bed was comfy.
Disliked: Windows didn’t open for fresh air.

Liked: Breakfast was really nice. Location was a little tricky to get to as is the parking.
Disliked: The only thing i can say you couldn't get a meal in the hotel in the evening probably would have to go to the moxy which i would prefer to eat at the residence lnn.
