New furniture needed. Dust and...

Liked: The furniture was clean, but well worn. There was a fly in the room that kept us awake all night. I cleaned cobbwebs in the corner of the room.
Disliked: Older furniture, worn, Carpeting had an odor. Fly in room that kept us awake. We had already changed rooms once related to a malodorous carpet, so endured the fly. We wish we would have changed rooms again. Staff was wonderful, so kind and professional!

It's More than a Job

Liked: I like everything about the Shelton Marriott Residence inn as far as the facility is concerned. The home away from home style is perfect for my family when we visit our relatives in Connecticut The price for the suite was well worth it.
Disliked: The housekeeping staff was rude! The maintenance staff was chatty but not in a good way. The front desk staff did their job but nothing more. I could have enjoyed my stay a lot more had I felt welcomed. Also, the people who actually live there seem to think they own the place! Long story short great facility! Poor faculty.

Disliked: Shady people and crazy to charge 10.oo to park
