Great location! Please empty garbage...

Liked: Property is great! Location and views of the lake. Very comfortable rooms. Swimming pool.
Disliked: Garbage can in the kitchen has not been emptied from the last guest. Other than that, room was clean.

Liked: Great Hotel! Staf was amazing, we stayed 2 weeks, one staff member was not nice, but the rest were amazing ! This hotel is constantly cleaning and fixing things. It's probably one of the cleanest hotels I have been to. The pool is amazing, a place that actually heats the pool. I was able to walk right into the pool even though our visit had some nights in the 40s. The hot tub is great, too. I would definitely stay here again.❤️

Just about OK considering the...

Liked: Food was fine but no bacon.
Disliked: Attitude of reception staff on 8.00 pm arrival. Display underlying signs of disinterest verging on truculence.Staff on departure 09.00 am were pleasant and polite. Perhaps the evening shift could take a lesson from them.

Liked: Staff was wonderful . Everyone was so friendly. Was great to a have pool chair lift. Not many places offer this for disabled people..
