Disliked: The only thing I did not like about my stay was the pillows were very worn and extremely uncomfortable. The filling inside of them is so used that your head goes straight through the middle and the feeling breaks apart. And also we were hoping to be able to go swimming and did not realize that the pool was closed in an outdoor pool lol. Other than that everything was great

Liked: The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: 1. The toilets were too low to the ground. We ended up buying a portable toilet seat from Lowe's. My husband is 6'5" and had 3 back surgeries in the last year. The Residence Inn should have 16-19 inch high toilets, or have rental of toilet seats for tall people. 2. There were stains on the couch cushions.

Disliked: We booked for family of 5 and the 5th pax whom supposed to sleep the sofa bed but end up sleep on the floor because the sofa bed was very dirty

Liked: Rooms are old. Bed was not the super comfortable but fine for one night.
