Liked: Very comfortable room, and location was great for walking to restaurant or light rail. We were able to walk from the train to the hotel. The shuttle was on time and efficient. We sould stay there again
Disliked: The woman who checked us in was as rude as could be. She acted like she didn't have time for us -- Surly would be the word. It left a very bad taste in our mouth.

Liked: Close to the airport. VERY helpful desk attendant checked us in, and when we discovered our air conditioner wasn't working she moved us to another room no problem. Danielle was very sympathetic and accommodating and professional!! Two thumbs up for her!!
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: We booked via Booking.com and made mistake during the booking. It was impossible to contact Booking.com or get Feedback from the facility on the issue. They were not willing to help at all. I’m sorry to say that, but customer service seems not to be an interest.
