Disliked: Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I had a fully prepaid reservation through Booking.com, yet the hotel refused to check me in because the virtual credit card issued by Booking.com was declined. This was not my responsibility—I had already paid in full on the app. Instead of assisting me, the staff rudely insisted that I sort it out with Booking.com and turned me away.As a solo female traveler, being stranded at night and forced to find alternative accommodation at the last minute was distressing and unsafe. My entire plans were disrupted.Basic hospitality requires extending courtesy to confirmed, prepaid guests and resolving payment disputes directly with the booking platform—not punishing travelers. If this property has issues accepting third-party bookings, it should not list itself on those platforms.

Convenient if you want to...

Liked: Breakfast was good: eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, etc.... The oatmeal bar was very nice with about 8 options for topping your oatmeal. Parking right outside the external entrance to my room made load in and our very easy.
Disliked: No complaints. The room was as advertised.

Liked: Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice having a kitchen to cook in. There was always parking and if was nice that everything was connected with sidewalks and signs.
Disliked: I feel like having to pay for parking after paying to stay at the facility is a bit overkill. The breakfast seemed a bit sad after reading some of the reviews but it wasn't awful.
