Disliked: Late Saturday night a friend wanted to get a room and the lady at the front desk made it very difficult!

Liked: I liked the large rooms.- I used the kitchen. Staff at front desk was great.I think wiping down the cabinets in the bathroom would help. Thick layer of dust. Remote to tv was on the floor when I arrived. These are small issues overall. I felt safe and comfortable. Oh - was difficult to find the entrance. Had to do a U turn - no fix for that. Oh - room was quiet. I could barely here traffic, which was great
Disliked: Long lines at breakfast. I did not partake. Wish there was a grab and go breakfast.

Disliked: 3 days I was there, the SAME smashed cracker was in the hallway and had to pass it each time we went to elevator... no one cleaning the hallways in 3 days??? Also, so much confusion with booking of reservation. I had put on the request for 1 pet. When I got there, for some reason, they did not see this and walked in with my dog. They called me up in the room and said because of the other confusions, they would wave the cost of the pet but still needed the info filled out. When I got my bill, the cost of a pet was on there and questioned why they didn't honor their word, and was told it was a mistake and that they decided to take off the parking instead.... not too cool.... will not recommend this hotel. Also, the breakfast was horrid. No one manning the food source and out of boiling water, coffee, tea AND cocoa... when asking someone to come repleat the stash... as if I was asking them to cut off their arm to do their job... really?
