Disliked: It’s not as new as the pictures show. Smelled like cigarettes.

Disliked: Needed much updating and repairs. Torn wallpaper in hallways. Duct tape in the elevator and microwave and fridge..barely there wifi..The front desk gentleman greeted us in a hole filled tshirt and poor service manner. If we could have left for another hotel we would have.

Liked: Absolutely loved the breakfast and Nel (the lady who takes care of preparing the breakfast) Was fantastic!
Disliked: Front desk staff could be friendlier and more accommodating to families with small children.

A delightful stay in Savannah

Liked: Residence Inn Savannah was a very well-appointed hotel, very roomy and light, and comfortable. It was two bedrooms and two baths which gave my friend and me our own private living areas with a living room, kitchen and dining area in between. It was airy and roomy. And clean. The ladies we met working the front desk upon arrival and departure were so very kind, personable and helpful. Though it was close to Savannah, it was still far enough away that a car would be recommended or necessary depending on who you are. Though off the beaten track, still a great place to stay.
