Liked: I really enjoyed my stay and I plan to use your facilty when ever I need a place in mid town. I loved the ice situation!!!
Disliked: The only situation was my curtain had a rip in it but it was addressed.

Superb

Liked: Breakfast is very good
Disliked: No body wash in tub dispenser. No bath mat in slippery tub. No housekeeping even when requested.

Liked: convenient to downtown with just a short drive. Loved the set up of the room with the couch and king bed. Nice shower.
Disliked: Housekeeping did not visit during our stay nor replenish our towels. We had to go to the front desk and ask for more.

Liked: Easy to book
Disliked: Currently being charged twice for the same room. Of course as you would imagine it is a nightmare to try and clear this up. I would suggest not to prepay through Booking. They will charge you again when you get there. Front desk at the hotel isn't fluid enough in English to understand that the room has already been prepaid when booked.

Disliked: I felt like the mattress could be a bit softer and the couches are way to low to ground. For anyone tall they're truly hard to get up from
