Exceptional

We enjoyed our suite and...

Liked: We really enjoyed our spacious 2-bedroom suite. All of the staff were very, very nice, from front desk to housekeeping, to breakfast. It was nice to be able to park right next to the hotel and without an additional charge. All three of us were very happy that we'd stayed there and would do so again.

Superb

Liked: The suite was very comfortable, clean and the staff was very nice.

I love Residence inn but...

Liked: Only coffee was good
Disliked: Constant smell of marijuana in hallways and we were placed near a family with several children that were very loud

Decent space but felt run...

Liked: The reason I booked this was because I was sharing a room with another adult and child. This room offers a layout where there is an eating area, living area then 2 bedrooms each with their own bath. Space and very good in that regards
Disliked: It wasn't very clean, seemed a bit run down and musty smelling. It's probably more of a transitional housing place than a hotel. There was no restaurant or bar. Very basic amenities. Felt run-down

Liked: Staff was helpful.
Disliked: Everything was dirty and smelled like marijuana. Did not feel safe. In fact, we saw a drug deal right outside our room.

It's okay

Liked: Location was fine. Very close to he shopping . And a straight shot to the historic district.
Disliked: The room did not make sense. It was a one bedroom but set to house 4 ppl. But if the guest in the outside area have to use the restroom in the middle of the night , they have to wake up the guest in the room to get to the restroom. The tub kept backing up. Breakfast is okay if you love carbs.

Stay was ok, few points...

Liked: Rooms are large and well equipped. Location is good, plenty of parking and decent breakfast.
Disliked: Sofa bed is uncomfortable, and does not come with decent bedding (no comforter, just a blanket), even after requesting it. Very noisy, indoor and outdoor sounds travel through the building. Rooms could be cleaned better (furniture and kitchen)
