Enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Walking distance to Savannah Civic Center and Visitors Center. Hotel staff is exceptional, especially valet staff. Very kind and helpful. Breakfast is included and offerings are great! More like a small, boutique hotel than a chain.
Disliked: If you don't valet park, street parking could be a challenge. Valet is an exceptional deal though, compared to other cities/hotels.

huge disappointment

Liked: 1. location practically in the city centre2. spacious and quiet rooms with a fully equipped kitchenette3. smiling staff
Disliked: 1. extremely soft, collapsing, worn-out and uncomfortable beds2. poor breakfast, complete lack of vegetables, bad coffee, only one type of fruit every day, apple or banana 3. the hotel is not environmentally friendly, plastic plates, plastic cutlery and cups are used for breakfast, and a large amount of waste is produced every day :(4. incompetent staff, promises to deal with the problem and then admits that... they forgot (!), before departure e.g. my passport was locked in the safe because the employee did not leave information about... my locker number5. more than 2 weeks (!) of blocked funds on my credit card6. all washing machines in the self-service laundry out of order, see photo7. room service every second day, basically just taking out the litter...

Adequate, but falsely advertised with...

Liked: I like having a kitchenette and a living room area. The breakfast provided was very good for a hotel.
Disliked: The option of valet parking only, it is costly and on the website it stated that they had valet available but they also had their own space for parking. Upon arrival, the "own space" was street parking, first come, first serve and recommended as not a safe place to keep your vehicle, which we had many belongings in due to traveling the last 2 weeks prior to our arrival. I would have booked elsewhere if I had known that in advance. Also, no curtain or divider between bathroom vanity area and where the bed is located.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly...

Liked: The area was perfect! Less than 10 minutes to all the best places in Savannah and only 30 minutes to Tybee! The valet parking was much better than anticipated and so easy to do. The front office and valet staff were always so kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pillows were amazingly soft. Would stay at this hotel again!
Disliked: I wish they had softer biscuits during breakfast and maybe even some gravy.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location with riverview and close to restaurants. Tha area seemed very secure (but we felt safe everywhere). The staff was so friendly and they offer wine and cheese in the afternoon for free and tea, coffee and soda for free all day and night.

Disliked: Description says parking on property. It was street parking, not enough for number of rooms. Had to park behind convienece store
