Enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Walking distance to Savannah Civic Center and Visitors Center. Hotel staff is exceptional, especially valet staff. Very kind and helpful. Breakfast is included and offerings are great! More like a small, boutique hotel than a chain.
Disliked: If you don't valet park, street parking could be a challenge. Valet is an exceptional deal though, compared to other cities/hotels.

Great location! Non-existant housekeeping.

Liked: We liked the location because it was walkable and also close to the highway. The front desk clerks were so helpful, as was the valet.
Disliked: We stayed four nights on the second floor of a cottage. At no time did housekeeping ever come to our room. We had to go to the front desk for towels and toilet paper. Even though we spoke to a member of the housekeeping staff and were assured of service.

Liked: Location, location, location. We walked to everything in Savannah from here. The facility is beautiful. The breakfast was plentiful and I would recommend this hotel to any of my family and friends.

A great location, but this...

Liked: The location was great for our event and the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I like Residence Inns for the convenience of the kitchenette.
Disliked: 1. I was in a 2-bedroom 2 bath suite and was there for 3 nights with 2 other ladies. We had NO housekeeping services whatsoever the entire weekend. The beds were not made, the towels were not changed, the trash was not removed nor was the kitchenette picked up. I never even saw a housekeeping cart on our floor.2. On arrival I reported that the toilet in one of the bathrooms was clogged. It took me asking 6 times. over almost 12 hours, to get maintenance up to the room to fix it. I was told each time they would be "right up" yet they did not show. I finally had to insist saying thay 3 ladies staying in the room could NOT have one bathroom inop! I was not amused.3. No USA Today papers available.
