Enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Walking distance to Savannah Civic Center and Visitors Center. Hotel staff is exceptional, especially valet staff. Very kind and helpful. Breakfast is included and offerings are great! More like a small, boutique hotel than a chain.
Disliked: If you don't valet park, street parking could be a challenge. Valet is an exceptional deal though, compared to other cities/hotels.

Liked: The staff were so kind and friendly and helpful! The facility was very unique. The cottages are so fun!

Liked: The room was clean with a comfy bed. The front desk staff were polite and eager to help as well as the valet. The location was good.
Disliked: Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. They assured us housekeeping would freshen it. We couldnt tell that was ever done. We stayed three nights and the only time we saw housekeeping was when we were about to check out.

We would choose to stay...

Liked: The location was good. We used the street parking and didn’t need to move our car for the two days we were there. Even though a work crew was doing some painting and finishing work we weren’t inconvenienced at all.

Great staff and location but...

Liked: Location and proximity to historic Savannah
Disliked: They were under MAJOR renovations in the main lobby area . When we arrived we couldn’t access the front desk. There were piles of stuff and furnishings stacked everywhere. Not the experience you want especially for the price. This situation put the staff under a great deal of stress. I want to emphasize all the staff were WONDERFUL! I think the renovation in the main public areas were not managed well. I’m sure when completed it will be lovely so you will have a great experience with the amazing staff. There is also a lovely outdoor courtyard. We would have tried to book elsewhere if we would have had prior knowledge about the renovation.
