Enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Walking distance to Savannah Civic Center and Visitors Center. Hotel staff is exceptional, especially valet staff. Very kind and helpful. Breakfast is included and offerings are great! More like a small, boutique hotel than a chain.
Disliked: If you don't valet park, street parking could be a challenge. Valet is an exceptional deal though, compared to other cities/hotels.

Liked: Room set up
Disliked: Staff was not very pleasant, not enough food for the guests at breakfast, lack of transparency for charges and perks, charges for pets are not clear and nothing provided for pets such as bowls or bed after charging more than for humans. Unfair charges for pets when there was nothing to be done or provided.

We loved the place and...

Liked: The bed was so comfortable, the entire facility was sparkling clean, the staff was kind and quick to offer assistance.
Disliked: The bathtub was slow to drain.

Liked: Staff was very accommodating. Room was exactly what we expected. Location with within a mile of our venue.
Disliked: Elevator was not working. If we would've been on any floor other than the 2nd we wouldn't have stayed. Breakfast could've ended a little later than 9

Liked: The room was very large and open, with lots of natural light. The bathrooms had plenty of space.
Disliked: If you want people to hang up their towels so they are not washed daily, it would help to have more than 2 hooks in the bathroom to do so.

Disliked: The pet fee was $100. This is outrageous. The most I have paid anywhere was $30.

Nice hotel in very good...

Liked: Good location. Good breakfast. Clean.
Disliked: Very limited parking options unless you use expensive valet service. Noisy HVAC unit next to bed. Mold spot on bedroom/living room wall ceiling (apparently from roof leak).

Disliked: Booking was not very well done. I could not add insurance for the booking was not told why I could not. Parking was supposed to be on site was not disclosed that it was an extra $35. Hotel was booked because it was dog friendly or pet friendly but it was not disclosed that there was $100 non-refundable fee I could have stayed somewhere else with a lesser fee or no fee had I known
