Liked: The rooms were very nice. Liked the decor and colors. My grandchildren really liked the pool. Everything was very clean. The staff were very pleasant. Location in a very good place.
Disliked: Out of the three rooms, one of the bathtub faucets was streaming down water when it was turned off. And, the second bathtub faucet was dripping water when it was turned off.

Nice hotel. NOT PET FRIENDLY.
Liked: Comfortable beds, spacious rooms
Disliked: No place in bedroom area to open suitcase, other than bed. No luggage rack, dresser top or table. PET FEE IS OUTRAGEOUS compared to similar properties. Instead of a reasonable nightly fee of 20-40 that most hotels charge, or a refundable cleaning deposit, they charge a nonfundable $175 fee! That is more than the cost of the nightly room rate for a 1 bedroom suite. And that fee was not described on booking.com. My dog is small and leaves less mess than a human. I understand some dogs create a huge amount of hair or can be destructive, but most dogs do not. Which is why the cleaning deposit should be refundable. Wish I could stay here again, but if I have my dog, absolutely won’t be coming back.
