The worst experience of my...

Liked: I had back surgery right before I got there, I was supposed to stay for 4 weeks. I renewed my stay every week. Not once did they honor my booking. com reservation They c charged me double
Disliked: The Staff was extremely rude. Wouldn't honor my booking.com reservation and never once ask if I was ok or if I needed anything mind you I could barely walk and was alone most of the time since my kids had to work. in the 4 weeks I stayed they never once came and cleaned my room restocked my toliet paper or towels. they were horrible

Liked: I had back surgery right before my 30 day stay with this facility. They show zero empathy with my injury every time I had to come to the office the staff sat and watched my struggle to open both doors> I booked and rebooked on booking.com and they refused to honor my reservation with you and charged me their rate each week and when I refused to pay their rate during the 3rd week they turned around and illegally charged my mother card (no clue how they had it on file when she used it once to just buy me something from their little store) So because I kept bringing to their attention about the rate and then my mother brought to their attention about the payments. They were treating me very coldly. The final straw was when I found a HUGE cockroach in their bathroom. So I tell them this very discretely and the next thing I knew I am being told I have 2 hoors to vacate the property. That was unreasonable since I just had back surgery. I ubered up to try and get a uhual and when I finally was able to get ahold of a friend and get a uhual It had been 2.5 hrs and when I returned back to the property They had locked me out of the facility.
Disliked: Justin the manager and Lisa the asst manager Ive never met 2 more rude and unempathetic people in my life

Never again.

Liked: Though the staff was friendly, the facilities were grimy. Our room smelled like someone had been smoking in it for years (Even though it's supposed to be a non-smoking facility), had no soap, no towels and was disgusting.
