Disliked: Rooms. Doors did not fully close for bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds were uncomfortable.

Liked: It was really clean. We enjoyed using the pool table. I wish I knew there was a pool.
Disliked: I wish breakfast was available until 10.

A brief stay with disturbed...

Liked: Ample of parking space, available of coin laundry that helped travellers.
Disliked: The air conditioner and refrigerator were noisy throughout the night.

Exceptional

Liked: We had a wedding to attend on Friday at 4:00 pm and the Staff accommodated us with an early check in so we could dress for the wedding! We greatly appreciated that!

DEAFENING A/C UNIT, STIFF RUBBER...

Liked: Very cordial, friendly staff.
Disliked: The A/C unit in the room was a similar decibel level as a B-52 bomber, directly above the bed, and the old full-sized refrigerator around the corner was very loud as well. Pillows were stiff rubber, making for a terrible night’s sleep.

Exceptional

Disliked: We had a burn on our tv screen and when I called the front desk there was nothing they could about it. They said they would have maintenance look at it three different times three different days. Nothing ever came of it. We spent --- a night for That smh

Liked: When I was in the room I actually said out loud "This is the very nicest hotel room I have ever been in! Everything about this hotel was fantastic
