The friendly staff really made...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable with good quality sheets and pillows.Water was instantly hot and good pressure.Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.Gym was adequate for a hotel.Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Super minor compaint. Dixie cups start leaking after a minute or so. Switch to the little plastic ones in the gym so we don't have to use a new cup each time. Although maybe 5 Dixie cups are better for the environment than one plastic, not sure.Also a couple bottles of water in the fridge would have been a nice touch.

Liked: Comfy bed, clean facilities, exceptional breakfast!
Disliked: Check in they couldn't find my reservations i made on line. Then checking out i had some unknown charge. It was quite the process checking in and out.

We had a great time...

Liked: Location, and breakfast. Staff is fabulous, too!
Disliked: I wasn’t really aware that larger rooms that accommodate more… are upstairs with no elevator. While it’s great for big families, it’s harder for anyone with mobility issues. We were accommodated with a change quickly and I appreciated that.

Disliked: No spa/jacuzzi, the bed was uncomfortable and the room had a strange odor.
