Liked: The manager and staff telling me the neighbors could not sleep cuz of the barking of my dog. When the truth is we were with him all night and he never barked. He barked a few when we leave but is quiet after that.

Liked: I did enjoy the bed. I also enjoyed how friendly the staff was.
Disliked: I did not like the extra hidden fees. The website said 570 but ended up charging us around 800 dollars. I also didn’t understand paying for parking. The hotel was way too costly for what was provided. The housekeeping rule was very odd to me, you would have to either request it or wait two days for your room to be cleaned. The couch in our suite was very hard and uncomfortable. The membership was also heavily forced onto us. I will not stay here again.
