Liked: Rooms are large and clean with a good kitchen. A good variety available for Breakfast.

Checkin was awful but staff...

Disliked: The property was great, but checkin with Bookiing.com once at the site was a nightmare. I spent over an hour checking in. The two front desk girls were very friendly and trying hard to get me checked in but apparently although I was prepaid, their procedure based on my reservation was to charge me again. They attempted to charge me more than the $478 I paid already for a single night once I arrived and we had to be on hold with various property managers and also a booking.com rep before they fully checked me in and gave me my room key. I was so embarrassed and frustrated. I had emails and my bank transactions showing I prepaid, but it still lasted about an hour.
