I personally wouldn’t book here...
Liked: Our room was clean & the staff was very friendly & welcoming but
Disliked: Our room floors were extremely Unleveled honestly didn’t feel safe, bedroom window was also leaking water inside as it was raining when we stayed their & king mattress was extremely uncomfortable! Definitely wasn’t worth the price!

Liked: The location was great for what we went for.... the free breakfast had a great selection.... the staff were great and helpful.
Disliked: The room had a funky smell.... also when we arrived, one of the bed had linen with a stain on them.

It was ok.
Liked: I enjoyed having access to breakfast in the mornings. It was super convenient for my boys and husband.
Disliked: I didn’t like when I arrived on the property at 4:00pm, which was my check-in time, and I was told the room was not ready because there were platinum members still in the room. I was told because they were platinum members they had the luxury of leaving at 4:00pm and I would have to wait an additional hour before I was able to be accommodated. It didn’t matter my family and I had traveled four hours to get to San Antonio. I was told I could go shopping or grab food while I waited. The staff members were saying my name incorrectly even after I corrected them several times. It was very frustrating having to go back to the car only to tell my family we had to wait because the previous family was deemed more important by status. One of the managers did offer compensation for one night’s stay which was a very kind gesture. However, moving forward whether platinum member or first time customer each person should be handled as if they as just important as the next. The room was rushed to be cleaned. There were areas in the room where my husband and I had to clean. There was no trash can in the common area and my husband had to ask for trash bags just for us to have someone to put the trash. He mentioned to housekeeping there wasn’t a trash bin in the room and we didn’t receive one. It smelled very stuffy and there were dried spots on the furniture in the living area. I attempted to take disinfectant wipes to bring comfort to my family.
