Disliked: Pool was closed not hotels fault city closed it down

My stay sucked
Liked: The location of this hotel was exactly what we needed.
Disliked: The service at the hotel was awful, there were flies everywhere, it was hot. We arrived late at night and there was lightbulbs out everywhere, creepy looking. Most of all they advertised breakfast and there was none, the hotel reeked of animal urine and I just felt supper un clean to stay in, will not be back.

Liked: Location was where we needed to be and the 7 day unoccupied COVID policy was reassuring.
Disliked: Price paid includes breakfast however they aren?t serving breakfast but will sell you a breakfast sandwich. Should get a partial refund based on the false advertising.

Liked: EVERYTHING to be honest it was a little far from where i was going but i DID NOT mind :D love it
will definitely be coming back the staff .. at front desk AMAZING....breakfast it was great probably the best of any hotel we have stayed in ;)
Disliked: there was nothing i didn't like this hotel is the BOMB

Liked: Had back surgery and the staff was so amazing and awesome. They went out of there way for everything me and my wife needed

Liked: The 2 bedroom suite to accommodate my whole family without having to purchase 2 separate rooms
Disliked: Nothing everything was great.

Liked: Loved the staff, the room was nice, breakfast was great and the pool was clean.
Disliked: I stayed two nights. At approx. 3 am the second night, the refrigerator motor started squealing worse than any alarm clock ever could. My sleep ended right then. When I explained this to the staff upon checkout, they said they would get maintenance to check it. They did NOT apologize or offer any type of compensation. I would like a refund of one night's stay as I was not able to sleep.
