Liked: I liked the spaciousness of the room.
Disliked: The walls were thin and I could hear a lot of noise outside the room.

Disliked: Limited parking, separated family in separate building and breakfast in separate building . Very inconvenient

Miserable….. checked in at midnight...

Disliked: I was not given the room I requested. I was given a handicapped studio room and the young man who checked me in was not willing to try and accommodate me. I requested a double bed with a pullout sofa however, I was givin a king bed with a pullout sofa. There were not enough towels and the toilet would not flush. The sleeper sofa was extremely outdated and uncomfortable. I would never visit this facility again. The parking was pathetic.

Liked: The shuttle service to and from the Riverwalk was always on time. This saved us a ton of money from the hotel stay. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was professional and friendly. They were always ready to provide asisstanceThe hotel was 2 parking lots over from a local grocery store that we purchased hot dinners from there and ate at the hotel. One night our total dinner bill was $20.00.

Decent place to stay for...

Liked: 1. Exceptional staff - always greeting you with a smile.2. Location - very close to Riverwalk, Market Square, La vilita and downtown attractions. 3. Free parking4. Dog friendly.5. Security patrolling the parking lot at night gives you extra peace of mind.6. Bed, bedsheets were clean and comfortable. 7. Decent breakfast.
Disliked: 1. Room not so clean, especially the carpet and the sofa bed. That's due to the property being old, needs renovation. 2. The toilet is rediculously small in size.3. Room size is not big. 4. Weird mushy smell at times inside the room and on the property.5. Not a Marriott standard. I've stayed on Resident Inn before but this one was not up to the mark.
