Disliked: The pool and jacuzzi were both closed during our whole visit

Disliked: Booked and confirmed 3 weeks before arrival. At the desk my booking got cancelled and i was send away to search for another hotel. Colleques who arrived later were checked in.......

Liked: Room was clean beside the standing water in the bottom of the fridge under the drawer.
Disliked: At check in staff didn't explain anything IE:breakfast hours or check out time. Breakfast Attendant was rude and rolled her eyes at me when I advised her that there was no coffee at the opening of breakfast.With a full kitchen in the room I was expecting pots and pans to be able to cook with but there was only on single pot.

Clean and room was large
