Large room with some quirks

Liked: Customer service was excellent, and the room was large. The breakfast was good and the location was good for our planned activities in the area.
Disliked: The television in the living room would not turn on, and the toilet handle had to be held down to flush the toilet.

Liked: . I loved the staff, as soon as I walked in They were friendly & even if something wasn't correct on their end, it wasn't any trouble for them to fix any mistakes.
Disliked: I didn't like that the snack bar didn't have a door that you had to use your key card to access, not always were there people at the desk 24/7 but they were close to the desk very busy I have a teenager with special needs who could quickly grab something being sneaky. In the end, it ended up making charges to my card & my stay over my budgetI WOULD STAY AGAIN MOST DEFINITELY, & HIGLY RECOMMEND REGARDLESS OF HAVING MINOR ISSUESTHE 1BR KING SUITE I PAYED TOP $$ FOR,COME TO FIND OUT THE 1ST DAY THERE I HAD A BROKEN ICE MAKER 🧊 THATNEVER WASN'T FIXED AFTER I LET MAINTENANCE KNEW. THIS WAS A 4 NIGHT STAY & THE PHONE WOULDN'T DIAL OUT TO MAKE AMY KIND OF CALLS AFTER I HAD A ACCIDNT WITH MY CELL BREAKING.

Disliked: The nighttime manager (Greg I think was his name) was rude and unfriendly. If you're in the hospitality business, then you should be hospitable.
