Great stay, would stay there...

Liked: Spacious, very close to Roseville mall, water park across the street. Great staff, delicious breakfast.
Disliked: Shower could use deep cleaning

Disliked: Gave me a smaller bed when I paid for a king and said they have the right to do so. My guess is they overbooked the king size rooms or gave out the wrong room to someone and I had to literally pay for it. They wouldn't reimburse me the difference. Booking.com did save the day though! They helped me out a

I am satisfied.

Liked: It was close to the pickleball venue and also near LIFETIME, so I was able to spend every day in a great mood.The breakfast was delicious, and all the male staff members were kind.
Disliked: The bedside lamp was out, which was inconvenient.Water was dripping from the bathtub faucet, making an annoying sound, so I had to place a towel to muffle it.The road was one-way in the opposite direction of my destination, so I always had to make a U-turn further ahead, which was both inconvenient and dangerous.

I was OVER CHARGED -...

Liked: Clean & the location but the OVER CHARGE Fees made it a bad experience. I’m completely disappointed.
Disliked: I’m currently working on getting these over charge fees reversed from my Chase account. The customer service staff is horrible (I did have good experience with Kyle when checking in) HORRIBLE service with Rebecca & ALS. Rebecca couldn’t explain WHY & WHAT the $250 & $140 over charge fees were for and or provide a solution!! She just hung up. UNBELIEVABLE! Please tell me what is going to be done about this debacle?

Liked: The front desk(Kyle) went above beyond to ensure safety and hospitality to my wife and I. He sets a great example for the hospitality industry. THANKS SO MUCH!
Disliked: The proximity to the Waterpark, restaurants, and shopping is excellent
