The stay was pleasant

Liked: breakfast was available each day. the variety of food is decent - something for everyone. The size of the room is perfect for light cooking and a full sized refrigerator is a definite plus.
Disliked: The TV in the room had to be "reset' by unplugging and replugging in on several occasions. The door to the bathroom was difficult to close, there was a large crack on the bottom. Cleaning personnel only came to room once in 7 days.

We feel the Residence Inn...

Liked: Layout of the room was nice. We like having the ability to cook in the room too.
Disliked: The parking fee. I was surprised to see a $5/day parking fee. When I called the hotel they told me it was on your site. It wasn’t on the confirmation so the total price on the Booking.com reservation details didn’t include the $10 for parking. We are accustomed to being able to park at the hotels we stay at for FREE!
