Paying $15 to park 2...

Liked: Staff extremely nice and helpful.
Disliked: They were working on parking lot and had to park 2 blocks away and pay $15.00!!! Craziness!!! They should have not charged a parking fee to the customer and paid it themselves!!

Liked: The staff was nice. Big room
Disliked: No hot water. The door knob was so hard to open my mom couldn't get into the room by herself. Tiny garbage cans in room so we had trash everywhere and there was loud banging construction going on which would of been fine if we were told, but we weren't.

Disliked: The unannounced internal construction on both steps and the horrible smell throughout the hallways and especially the elevator
