Liked: The location and the staff. Everyone I encountered during my stay was very polite, kind.
Disliked: The water would not get hot. It was lukewarm the whole time.

Liked: Hotel breakfast was very good and attendant super nice...did a great job
Disliked: Charged $10 for parking which is ridiculous since its a suburban hotel w/ ample parking. I expect extra parking fees at urban downtown hotel locations, but never at a suburban, non-airport hotel

Liked: The breakfast was nice and hot, area clean, staff nice.
Disliked: A hidden fee for parking. That should be shared prior to the customer selection. Was a disappointment

Liked: The hotel room was spacious, clean, and had a small kitchen. The free breakfast was very good. Parking was great. Location was good. Staff were incredibly friendly. This should have been a 10/10 except...
Disliked: THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. It was down all weekend. I was told that it was fixed and it _wasn't_. I would stay here again if the hot water heater is working. The lower scores is strictly because I was point-blank told it WAS fixed and it wasn't.

Liked: The hotel was beautifully furnished and clean, however, in some of the rooms there was some water wall and roof damage which seems to now be generating a pest control problem. Yes. Woke day after Valentines Day to a cockroach in the sink area. Rate 7 /10
Disliked: Stated above. Also in room 323 the soap holder in the bathroom glue detached from the wall which resulted us to having change rooms.
