Liked: Hotel room was comfortable. Good breakfast. Location was great.
Disliked: I had an issue with billing as I noticed I was charged twice for my stay. Unfortunately, the managers weren’t helpful and were unresponsive. I spoke to one of the managers who said it would be taken care of and would call me back. I didn’t hear back. I called again and left a voicemail for another manager. Didn’t bother to return my call. Disappointing experience! Expected a lot from Marriott.

We initially booked a king...

Liked: We initially booked a king suite with 1 bedroom with 1 king size bed and sofa bed for 4. We got upgraded to a two room suite with two bathrooms, with breakfast included. We were indeed very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
Disliked: Nothing.

It was okay…

Liked: The room was nice and large. The kitchen was appreciated. The bathroom was large and the shower was massive.
Disliked: The sofa bed was thin and springy… our kids almost preferred to sleep on the floor. The bathroom vents didnt work. The ac was great but the fan blowing it out was dirty and had a weird smell. The tv didnt work. The stored linens for the couch bed were dirty.

Great! Would stay here again.

Liked: The property was nice and clean. Walked in the staff greeted you and were friendly! The rooms were clean and well kept.
