Excellent place to stay for...

Liked: The facility and the location are great, with easy access to business areas and moving around. The amenities in the room are beyond expectations. The staff was friendly and readily available to help during the visit, which made our stay awesome.
Disliked: The shower was running too slow and took unnecessary time to rinse. Regardless, it was a remarkable experience we had during the stay.

Overall, the stay was OK...

Liked: The property itself seemed very nice but when I went over to the pool area with my daughters which there was supposed to be adult supervision, approximately 10 young 14/15 year-old teenagers, were bouncing around in the pool diving splashing screaming, and there was no parent there to redirect them. It was very loud and noisy to appoint that we had to leave the swimming area.
Disliked: The room itself was absolutely beautiful and comfortable, but when I went into the king size bedroom and pulled down, the covers six long black hairs were noted on the fitted sheet and pillowcase. I called downstairs right away and asked them to send somebody up to change the linen. The person at the front desk came quickly to my room and handed me a bag of linen. I asked him why do I have to strip the bed when I’m paying $315 for the room he said there is no housekeeping at 4:30 in the afternoon they went home. The gentleman also said that he had the best housekeeper working in that room. I didn’t comment except for the price. I’m paying I shouldn’t be stripping and making my own bed. I asked him to come in and show him the hairs, but he handed me the bag and left, when I replaced the fitted sheet, it was clean. The sheet looked wrinkly slept on and had hair all over it. Everything on my bed.

Exceptional Stay

Liked: Excellent hot breakfast, warm pool, quiet hotel and location, and very cleanright out the highway and near large shopping area; local restaurants are great!
Disliked: pull out couch mattress poor qualityno hot tub or hot tub room options; spa jacuzzi options - unless they were sold out
