customer service needs improvement

Liked: breakfast is gd, appreciate the free space at the breakfast area
Disliked: i was not told that housekeeping be to be arranged one day before. without consulting me upon check in, the hotel staff set my cleaning preference to "declined". So they conveniently didn't clean the room at all.

We’ve been at the concert....

Liked: Clean, spacious, quiet
Disliked: Breakfast ends at 9:00 am. It would be better if it’s till 10:00am, didn’t have a chance to wake up that early.

Great place.

Liked: Great location. Loved walking around Providence. We walked to RISD art museum. Great breakfast. So close to 95!
Disliked: There needs to be fans in the bathrooms. The bathrooms got steamy immediately and that creates mold.
