Uncomfortable room

Liked: Clean and appealing decor and facilities. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.
Disliked: These were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in at a hotel. The beds were too high and it was a challenge to get in and out of bed. Then the mattress had a curve so I felt like I was falling out of bed all night. We had three in our room, so the third person was to sleep in a sleeper sofa. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was about 3 inches thick. The springs could be felt under the mattress! The sofa mattress was painfully uncomfortable. The toilet was too low and there were no grab bars. We will not book this hotel again

Liked: Facility is clean and easy to get to. Staff was mostly pleasant and helpful. Glad to have access to laundry room.
Disliked: There was construction like noise throughout Friday evening. Thankfully we brought ear plugs otherwise we would not have slept. When asked at the front desk we were told there were no other complaints from other guests. Meaning what? Since we're the only ones then we don't have a valid complaint? No solution offered. Thankfully that was our last night.We wanted ice during our stay and when I called the frontdesk they advised the in-room freezer could make ice if we move the lever. So we did and we were told we would have ice in 20mins. After over an hour and a half I called the front desk again to be told to walk downstairs to get ice from them since the freezer did not produce ice.

Disappointment.

Liked: Breakfast was OK.
Disliked: The TV did not work, and the bed was on the ground with no frame.
