Liked: Staff was great! Room had what was needed and it was quiet
Disliked: There were ants crawling on bathroom sink, water came out of shower all over bathroom floor..no adjustment on showerhead. Coffee was only like warm! Pillows were way too soft, but that's a personal preference For $425 a night, I expected a little better

Incredibly loud and poor customer...

Liked: The bed was comfortable. I liked the convenience of the kitchen. The room was large.
Disliked: I'm a traveling nurse working in the area. I requested a quiet room... I didn't get one. This is the party hotel. It's incredible loud at all hours of the night. People playing basketball right by your room until 12am and drunks watching the game in the lobby. My room was right by the entrance door and the basketball court. It was loud and I got very little sleep. They also don't allow late check out... so after you don't get to actually sleep in your $200 a night room, you get no extra time to try and get ready in the morning. I had to go work a 24 hour shift at the hospital after not being able to rest here at any point during my stay. The value is incredibly poor. It's not worth the cost. I won't stay here again in the future.
