Liked: Easy access to mall.
Disliked: To use the word crappy sums up most of our issues with this place. Crappy service front desk upon check in, fecal matter on the toilet upon entering room which we attenpted to have assistance with but instead we cleaned it with dish soap and a sponge in the room. Nearly no one cleans up after their dogs which shows me the caliber of people that stay here... so crap all over the grass and even on the sidewalk. The hotel does provide bags but that's too difficult for other guests evidently. Yes, we stayed there because we travel with our dogs. LOUD. There were children running and screaming down the halls until at least 11pm. This place was not worth the outrageous amount of money we spent. This is not a good Marriott.I will say that Staci is the only saving grace with our stay. She was polite, professional and a great communicator.
