Disliked: Booking a room described as having 2 queen beds and getting one with 2 full beds.Also, a brighter light by the bed for reading would have been nice.

Residence Inn is a terrific...

Liked: Free breakfast, kitchen, parking price, proximity to restaurants and UPitt and other attractions.
Disliked: We should have asked for 2 beds and not a king and sofa.

Disliked: While my overall stay was pleasant, I found the car parking situation to be quite inconvenient. Arriving late at night, I often struggled to find an available spot, which created a lot of uncertainty. It would be a significant improvement if the hotel could offer dedicated parking spaces for guests to ensure peace of mind and avoid the hassle of searching for parking late in the evening.

Makes me want to return...

Liked: The king suite was extremely well equipped, the free breakfast was amazing, and the staff members were polite, helpful, and friendly. Even parking was easy. No need to look elsewhere. This place has it all.
Disliked: Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say. We had family staying at another hotel who paid almost double what we paid, and their experience wasn't half as good as ours.
