Very pleased with stay, especially...

Liked: Breakfast great. Location perfect. Shuttle to Mayo Clinic, awesome service.
Disliked: Hide-a-bed needed more space when opened up.

Disliked: The comfort of the bed. $14 charge to park. Pipes smell in room from kitchen sink I think.

Nice clean hotel if you...

Liked: Clean. Breakfast was adequate. Coffee was good. Exercise room adequate. They have large golf carts to take guests to Mayo Clinic buildings and back.
Disliked: One of the guest elevators was broken for 2 weeks making the wait longer. They had an electrical problem that required loss of electricity from 10 PM - 1 AM one night. At 4:30 PM, our room was not ready and we had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby.

Great hotel with very kind...

Liked: The staff at the hotel was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed swimming and playing some of the other games provided. The hotel was clean and super convenient to lots of things we were doing in Phoenix.
Disliked: NA

Very poor

Liked: Very pricey and the accommodations were poor. Small old towels, marks on the walls, room smelled, very very cold, poor pillows, poor quality sheets.
