Willow Grove Staff made it...

Liked: The Staff was wonderful, the grounds were well kept, and the room was comfortable.
Disliked: I didn't realize that the property didn't have elevators, and there were steep stairs to my room. Thankfully, the lovely young lady at the front desk helped me with my bags.

Overall room nice but need...

Liked: The room was great. Front desk friendly.
Disliked: The pool was dirty from storm previous day.Unable to enjoy the courtyard Sunday morning because of workers with leaf blower and edgers running.Breakfast ran out of pancake batter to make waffles and no syrup

Not going back!

Liked: Unfortunately we don’t have many positives to share.
Disliked: It didn’t feel clean and also felt dated. Not a fan of doors that open to the outside. The breakfast experience was abysmal. Full room and all the trays were empty, including coffee. They seemed seriously understaffed. We didn’t bother with breakfast the second day.
