Disliked: There weren't enough supplies in the room, I had to go ask for more toilet paper, trash bags and coffee for the coffee maker, and there were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the pull out sofabed

Liked: Location was the best thing. Stayed here because of that. Needed to be near the hospital.
Disliked: Please be aware that they charge you $12 to park on the premises. Totally uncalled for. The explanation they provide was totally off the wall. Stayed other places in town before and never incurred charges parking.

Liked: Every staff that I came across was friendly and they was polite.

Liked: The room was very comfortable and clean.
Disliked: For starters a sign to direct you to the entrance! It is really tough in the dark when it is raining. There is no way to enter since there is no canopy. No handicapped parking near the entrance. Never found one either! The automatic door wasn't working so I was trying to get in the door with the luggage cart with one hand holding the door and the other pulling the cart in. When I mentioned it to the front desk clerk, she just looked at me. I had a late check in. And to add insult to injury, they charge $12 for parking. It's not like there was limited parking or valet service. I should have stayed at the Hampton Inn or the Fairfield Suites. I won't be staying here again for sure!
