Disliked: They double charged my debit card, which was a business card and put me in negative status. Thank God for a co worker who was meeting me and paid for dinner.

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Body wash was empty in the shower. Cards kept deactivating and we couldn’t get in the side door.

Absolutely Wonderful Definitely Will Return

Liked: Absolutely Everything We All Enjoyed Our stay there& Everything about it the Staff were all Wonderful,Breakfast each morning was Great,Pool&Hot Tub were Great&The room itself exceeded Our expectations. We Definitely Will return& recommend it to Family& Friends.

Short stay, but very comfortable...

Liked: Staff was very friendly, the room was quiet, the room had a pleasant smell and comfortable furniture. Bonus toiletries and cleaning products. I felt safe.
Disliked: There were no cups or mugs in the room for coffee. I improvised with a measuring cup.

Over clean but still dirty

Liked: Manager was rude to say the least we got there our room had so much bleach in it my eyes where burning. I have breathing issues I couldn't breath. We had requested a room near the elevator told them I had trouble walking so I got up to my room to this had to come back down. Where he himself didn't even check our room he tried buying us in a much smaller room with no reimbursement to us for our cost and we were going to be there 4 nights. The third room the maintenance man even told him it was the same you can smell the bleach before you even open the door. There was no since of sincere remorse from him we had to end up opening all out windows and living for hours not our original plan. Then he just said I'll take the bleach use under advisement. WHAT. Are you kidding Mr you about kill me and that's your response really. Rude!
Disliked: The manager!!!! The cleaning we found food left from past guest in the refrigerator the cabinets but the dumped a whole bottle of bleach on the floors to mop.

Liked: The hotel was in good condition and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We were comfortable.
Disliked: The pool was ice cold, and the hot tub was lukewarm.
