Liked: Very clean; friendly and helpful staff; nice breakfast
Disliked: I was in room 117 - it was noisy due to an air conditioner above my room, so it was impossible to get any rest that night.

Polite and courteous staff. Conveniently located. Very clean. All the conveniences of home while on the road. I will choose this hotel next time I am in Pensacola.

Liked: I went there the night before my check in to surprise my girlfriend with some Valentines Day gifts. I wanted her to walk in the room with her gifts waiting there for her. The night manager said there was no way she could do it. One of the desk employees, Ms. Cindy, was able to keep the items for me and was able to place them in the room before my gf got there. She went above and beyond for her customer and should be recognized for her extremely generous hospitality. She is truely a wonderful person and an asset to your team.
